Is it safe to order on-line?
Yes. With possibly the best encryption technology used, a

of your payment details is ensured. Your payment details
remain safe and
are at no point accessible to so-called "hacker attacks" or
subject to online

Will you pass my details to anyone else?
We guarantee that we will definitely NOT pass any of your

third party. All details gathered through our website are
used internally
with the sole aim of improving communication between you,

How do I take care of my corset?
For best results, dry clean only. For light cleaning you
may use a warm
washcloth for spot cleaning, and may spray the inside of the
corset lightly
with a fabric refresher product, then hang over a chair or
hanger
(by the laces) to dry.

What if I want to return my corset?
Please
email us for a
Return Authorization. As long as the corset is returned within 14 days of
receipt in perfect
condition with original packaging, we
will exchange
it or give a store credit for the value of the corset.
The corset should
be tried on over a t-shirt or camisole to prevent any marking to
the corset. If
your corset is a "special order" or has been customized in any form (ie. added
garters, special
fabric, lace trim, or made-to-measure sizing) your corset is
not returnable for exchange or store credit.

How do I lace the corset?
All of our corsets are shipped with laces and complete
lacing instructions.

How does the corset fasten?
All of our corsets are front fastening via steel front busk
closure and back lacing.
Lacing
instructions are included with every corset. Should you
experience
difficulties, please contact us by

What size should I order?
Corsets are ordered by waist size. Please order a waist size
4-6 inches smaller
than your natural waist size. If you have any questions or
concerns
regarding sizing, please
submit
your measurements to us using the guidelines shown
here.

What material can I have?
Each individual corset has details of the materials
available for
the particular style you are viewing. You can also view our
range
of fabrics from the "fabric colors " section. While not all
of the styles
are available in all of the fabrics, if you see a fabric
that is not listed
with the style you like, please contact us to discuss your
requirements by
email.

How long will my order take?
Corset orders take 14-28 business days on average. October
- March
delivery can take up to 6 weeks. If we have your selection
in-stock it
will be sent the following business day after your order is
placed.

What is the difference between a 1905 and 1905U?
The styles ending with U do not have lace trim.
